Grain de Scène
For artists and for the people
- Grain de Scène is a non-profit association based in Geneva that presents classical music repertoire together with internationally renewed professional musicians, young talents and researchers from Geneva and beyond.
- GdS builds its projects with academic and institutional partners, among them the University of Geneva and the Swiss label Claves Records.
- The association distributes no profit, is financed by public authorities and private foundations, and reserves a contingent of free places for students at every event.

This lecture-concert is dedicated to Sofia Gubaidulina, one of the most important musical voices of the 20th and 21st centuries. The event will be led by Lausanne-based musicologist Mathilde Reichler, a specialist in 20th-century music, and performed by internationally renowned Swiss musicians. The lecture will be given in French. However, the classical music concert is accessible to everyone, with a program booklet containing texts in English, German and French.
